Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-07.

These terms cover your use of Trippi Cue. By installing the extension you agree to them.

Using Trippi Cue

Trippi Cue listens to a meeting running in your browser tab and suggests short answers to questions addressed to you. Use it lawfully, and respect the rules of the meetings, platforms and organisations you take part in — including any consent requirements where you are.

Responsible use

The suggestions are for you, in a conversation you are part of. Where an assessment, an interview, an exam or a professional rule forbids outside help, Cue is outside help — that judgement is yours, and we neither hide the window nor work around software that looks for tools like this.

Your account

You may use the extension without an account on the free budget. An account stores your email address and links your installs, so a plan works across machines. Keep access to your mailbox: a sign-in link sent there is what proves the account is yours.

Plans and billing

The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in hours of meeting time, and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — your receipt and card statement come from Paddle.

Hours, limits and resets

A plan includes a number of hours of listening per calendar month, counted in UTC. Unused hours do not carry over. Hours bought on top of a plan are added to the current month and used first. When the hours run out, the extension stops showing cards; your meeting is not affected in any way.

Refunds

If Trippi Cue did not work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that window a subscription can still be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period; part-used periods are not refunded. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to break it, resell it, or use it to violate anyone’s rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Answers are suggestions

Answers are generated automatically by a language model from the last lines of the call. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and they know nothing about your organisation beyond what was said in the meeting. Read before you speak: the responsibility for what you say in your own meeting is yours.

Availability

The service depends on third-party providers for speech recognition and for the model itself, and on the meeting platforms staying compatible. It is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes appear here with a new date at the top.
